To comply with Florida's public lodging law (Chapter 509, Florida Statutes) and the City of Palm Coast Short-Term Rental Ordinance (Ordinance 2025-01), every reservation requires: • A signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, sent to you right after booking. It must be completed before check-in and must list the names of all guests staying at the home.. Your door code will not be generated if agreement isn’t completed before arrival, we won't be able to release access to the home.
