Whether it's movie night or a lazy morning on the couch, this space delivers. 🍳 A Kitchen Worth Cooking In The fully stocked, chef-ready kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Coffee Bar, blender, mixer, premium cookware, spices, and everything in between. The dining area seats 8 comfortably at the main table, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar — room for everyone, every meal. 🛏️ Bedrooms — Rest Like You Mean It Every bedroom was designed with comfort and intention: Master Suite A serene king bedroom with Smart TV, dresser, and nightstands. Incredibly comfortable new mattress! The ensuite bath features a dual-sink vanity and a roll-in, handicap-accessible shower. A private nursery alcove includes a crib, changing table, and nightlight — thoughtfully designed for families traveling with little ones. The Surf Room Four extra-long bunk beds with firm Sealy mattresses, beach-inspired décor, and a toy box that the kids will absolutely love. Equal parts playful and functional. Did I mention a smart tv as well? Bedroom 3 & 4 Each features a queen bed with new memory foam mattress, dresser, and Smart TV. Quiet, comfortable, and ready for a great night's sleep. Hall Bath A tub/shower combo perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. Every bedroom includes ceiling fans, blackout curtains, and fresh linens for a truly restful stay. 🏊 Brand-New Heated In-Ground Pool The backyard centerpiece — a brand-new heated in-ground pool ready to enjoy year-round. Lounge on the paver patio surrounded by Adirondack chairs and lush St. Augustine grass, or let the kids splash freely within the fully fenced yard. Sandbox for the little ones to play in the sand. Your Yamaha golf cart is perfect for beach trips and neighborhood cruising — just note it is not permitted on A1A or other main roads.
